How to include the gauge into a panel:
--------------------------------------

//First copy the file "JELAIR-PedalFreeAutoRudder-20120514.xml" into a folder named "JELAIR" (create it if you don't have it) in your "gauges" folder in the "FSX" folder.
//(example, install the gauge into this folder: C:\FSX\Gauges\JELAIR\ )

//Then open the "panel.cfg" file on each helicopter you want to use the gauge with, and add the following line to the main panel section (usually called [Window00]):

gauge32=JELAIR!JELAIR-PedalFreeAutoRudder-20120514,	0,0,0,0

//The number after 'gauge', in this example it's 32, should be the next number in the gaugeXX sequence.

How to use it:

When flying, remember that you need to view the instrument-panel at least once for the gauges to become active (usually the instrument panel pops up automatically). Once the panel has been viewed once you can switch if off or switch to virtual cockpit. If you start your flight in virtual cockpit you still need to view the 2D instrument-panel at least once for the gauge to activate (or, if you always only fly in virtual cockpit, you can opt to add the same gauge line above to the virtual cockpit section instead of the 2D section)

The gauge is active all the time and cannot be switched OFF.
If you add pedals to your computer-system later, you need to remove the gauge from the panel or at least comment it out so it isn't active (adding // in front of the line gaugeXX...)

Easy on the joystick! Banking left and right controls the rudder. Use small movements (do not bank more than a few degrees max or the helicopter may spin out of control)

At longitudinal ground-speeds below 5 knots forward-velocity the heading of the helicopter will be locked, which is useful when landing or hovering over a landing-pad or flying backwards.
